All products are subject to availability. ALTER wigs reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on the ALTER wigs website are displayed in the applicable store currency and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
ALTER wigs reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.
We accept payment through the methods available at checkout. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and dispatched. ALTER wigs does not store or have access to your full payment card details - all transactions are processed securely through our payment provider.
5. Orders & Fulfilment
Once you place an order with ALTER wigs, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation is an acknowledgement of your order, not a guarantee of acceptance. ALTER wigs reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion - for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock discrepancies.
If your order is cancelled after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued promptly.
6. Shipping & Delivery
ALTER wigs ships orders to the destinations listed at checkout. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. ALTER wigs is not responsible for delays or losses caused by third-party couriers once your order has been dispatched.
7. Returns & Exchanges
We want every ALTER wigs customer to be happy with their purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before ordering.
Eligible Returns
Returns may be accepted within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item meets all of the following conditions:
- The wig is unused and unworn
- The wig is in its original condition and packaging
- All tags and any included accessories are intact
- A valid proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personal nature of our products, the following items cannot be accepted for return or exchange under any circumstances:
- Used wigs - any wig that has been worn, tried on without a wig cap, or shows visible signs of use
- Wigs with cut lace - once the lace has been cut, the item is considered used and non-returnable
- Damaged or altered wigs - any wig that has been chemically treated, heat-styled beyond its stated tolerance, dyed, glued, or otherwise altered or damaged
- Wigs marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
ALTER wigs reserves the right to refuse a return if the returned item does not meet these conditions. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our team before sending any item back. Unauthorised returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an ALTER wigs error or a confirmed defect.
8. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or different from what you ordered, please contact ALTER wigs within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the ALTER wigs website - including but not limited to images, text, logos, product descriptions, and design - is the property of ALTER wigs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written permission.
